This month we'll continue looking at how to enable bikeway audits and organize BikeLoud subgroups around neighborhoods and/or bike routes. How can we use maps and tech to help connect people who ride on a segment with experienced activists?

Bikeway connections to Beaverton, Lake Oswego, Gresham, etc all go through county and ODOT jurisdictions, leaving disjoint maintenance schemes, besides bike lanes that end at city limits. How are things changing and what can we do to engage regionally with people who want to ride and build a wider grassroots network?
